Step 1: Complete an Application
a)You can either fill out an on-line application and submit it to us from the website.
b) Or you can print out a PDF application form and mail or fax it to CMU.
Note: The application fee of $50 is waived until Nov. 30, send in your application today!

Step 2. Mail in your Transcripts
In order for your application to be completed, you must mail us an original copy of yourofficial transcript (interim or final). If you are in Grade 12, or currently attending another college or university, please include a list of the courses you are currently taking. Mail your transcript to:

Step 3. Apply for Housing at CMU (if you want to live in residence)
If you want to live at CMU, you need to fill out a housing application form. You can use the online housing application form and pay your deposit by credit card or print out a PDF application form and mail or fax it to us with your deposit of $50 (cheque or credit card).

If you are applying for housing, you also need to send in two Personal/Housing Reference Forms.
