Apply Online
To apply for CMU undergraduate studies:
Step 1: Complete an Application
Fill out an Online Application and submit it to us from the website
OR
Print out a PDF Application Form and mail or fax it to CMU
Note: The application fee of $50 for the following fall semester is waived until Nov. 30
International students outside of the U.S. or Canada, please go to the International Students page for info about applying to CMU.
Step 2: Mail in Your Transcripts
- Original official transcripts from high school and/or any post-secondary institution attended (this may be an interim or final transcript depending on whether the student has graduated).
- If the applicant is still completing grade 12, the applicant must include a list of current courses, since these courses serve as the basis of admission. Lists should come directly from the applicant's high school.

Step 3: Apply for Housing at CMU
If you want to live on campus at CMU, you need to fill out a housing application form. You can use the Online Housing Application Form or print out a PDF Application Form and mail or fax it to us.

If you are applying for housing, you also need to send in two Personal/Housing Reference Forms
After getting them filled out, mail the forms to:
