 Russell Willms – Director of Athletics(204) 487-3300 x 690 Email Russell rwillms@cmu.ca Prior to becoming Director of Athletics at CMU, Russell was very involved in Bison Sports at the University of Manitoba in the areas of event planning and coaching. He was the voice of the men's and women's volleyball and basketball teams until 2006, and has been an assistant coach with the Bisons women's soccer team for the past four years. As an athlete, Russell competed at an elite level in the sport of soccer, provincially and abroad "Athletics at CMU boasts well-organized and established programs based on our commitment and dedication to excellence," he says. "To this end, my goal is to direct our athletes and coaches in their pursuit of their highest aspirations; academically, spiritually and athletically." |
