The School of Music at Canadian Mennonite University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Music Therapy at the rank of Assistant Professor, for an initial three-year tenure-track appointment beginning immediately.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing the primary responsibilities of the Communications and Marketing Coordinator include the following: coordinate production of design print materials for the Communications and Marketing (C&M) Department, provide key administrative support around design projects, collaborate effectively with the department’s designer, highlighting and tracking critical timelines, serve as the chief supplier contact, and obtain materials from clients for timely production of scheduled projects.
The Accounting & Payroll Assistant, working closely with the Controller, is responsible for complete and accurate recording of all the day-to-day financial transactions of the institution. This is a shared task with another Accounting Assistant. In addition, the Accounting & Payroll Assistant, working closely with the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for payroll processing and related payroll functions for faculty, staff, and students employed on campus. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for payroll and finance and enjoy the challenges of complex spreadsheets and financial reporting.
The Groundskeeper/Volunteer Coordinator will coordinate, oversee and work alongside a team of volunteers in maintaining the 40-acre CMU grounds at the Shaftesbury campus. The scope of responsibility includes managing a program of care for a significant number of new plantings (trees, shrubs, roses, sod) as well as for the existing landscape.
