Head Coach - Men’s Soccer

CMU Athletics invites applications for the position of Head Coach Men’s Soccer. CMU competes in the Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference and is seeking inclusion on the Canadian Collegiate Athletics Conference, with the competitive schedule running from September to March (September and October: outdoor soccer; January to March: futsal). 

Reporting to the Athletics Director, the head coach assumes a key role in the recruitment of student-athletes, team selection, session training and in-season planning. Training should be take place a minimum of three times per week with conference matches scheduled every weekend.

Qualifications include:

Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, leadership, coaching and technical skills are also required. Ability to coach during evenings (or late afternoons) and attend competitions on weekends; both home and away. Must have an understanding of university education and the Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference.

Compensation for this position is up to $5,000, depending upon experience and qualifications.
