Henriette Schellenberg

Henriette, recently retired from an international singing career, has distinguished herself as a concert/oratorio specialist in performances throughout the world, as well as in concerts halls and churches at home in Manitoba. She has recorded and toured with renowned conductors such as Robert Shaw, Charles Dutoit, Seiji Osawa and Helmut Rilling, as well as collaborating with outstanding orchestras such as the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra, Toronto Symphony, Montreal Symphony, Boston Symphony, St. Lukes Chamber Orchestra, and Tafelmusik, to name but a few.

In recent years she has been invited to teach master classes at the prestigious Orford Festival in Quebec, the international ISME Conference, and many local organizations, as well as participating as a juror on national and international festivals.

Professional memberships include: Manitoba Registered Music Teachers Association since 1979, National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) since 1990, and Manitoba Branch Executive of NATS since 2000.
