This listing of scholarships & bursaries is a way to publicly thank the many individuals, families and groups who are making it possible for students to be rewarded and assisted as they study at CMU.
But it is more than that. It is also a record of faithfulness, going back many decades.
It is a testimony to the lives of those who are remembered and memorialized by the various bursaries and scholarships, keeping their dreams and hopes alive.
And it is a sign of hope in the future of CMU, in the futures of the students who receive them, and in the future of the church itself. They are investments that reap rich rewards as students use their educations at CMU to prepare for lives of service and reconciliation in the church and the world.
We are grateful to each donor; their gift is a one that keeps on giving through the lives of students at CMU, and beyond.
CMU gives out over $200,000 each year in scholarships and financial aid. You can create a bursary or scholarship at CMU in appreciation or memory of a loved one or exemplary leader; in recognition of excellence in a particular academic discipline; or a desire to assist highly motivated students in need of additional resources. For example, a $20,000 endowment funds a $1000 scholarship.
