Another Successful Christmas at CMU

To be broadcast on Radio Southern Manitoba, Dec. 17, 7 PM

The Christmas season was ushered in at CMU on Dec. 1 with the annual Christmas at CMU concert.

This year’s event attracted about 1,000 people who came to hear choirs, jazz band, flute, chamber and guitar ensembles, hand bells, harp, organ—and meet Father and Mother Christmas.

They enjoyed concerts by the CMU Chamber Singers; Disjunct; student hand bell ensemble; CMU Men's Chorus; CMU Flute Ensemble; CMU Guitar Ensemble; CMU Singers; CMU Jazz Band; Wholey Jazz; CMU Faculty and Staff Chamber Ensemble; and the CMU Women's Chorus. The evening concluded with a carol sing.

Selections from Christmas at CMU will be broadcast on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 17, 7 PM on Radio Southern Manitoba AM stations CFAM 950 and CJRB 1250.
