Pastoral Ministry Roundtable
Topic: How can we Reach Muslims with Understanding and Compassion? A Case-Study on How to Reach our Neighbors with the Love of Christ.

Tuesday March 16, 2010
Location: Conference Room, CMU south campus (south of Grant Avenue)
12:15-1:30 pm
Open to all, but please bring your own lunch.
Presenter: Emmanuel Ali El-Shariff

In this presentation Emmanuel Ali will discuss how the Church can extend a hand of friendship to a steadily growing religious group in Canada. While this issue may not be of equal relevance to all Manitoba churches and pastors, the underlying question of how we reach our neighbors with the love of Christ is of utmost importance. Hearing Emmanuel’s story, the story of a man who has spent the better part of his adult life finding ways to reach Muslims will provide extremely valuable insights for how we can concretely communicate the Good News with those around us.
