WCMS participates in the new Master of Arts in Theological Studies program at Canadian Mennonite University. Courses may also be taken for credit by letter of permission from Associate Mennonite Biblical Seminar (AMBS), Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary (MBBS), or any other graduate school.
WCMS also offers the Certificate of Christian Ministry through either AMBS or MBBS. The certificate is designed to introduce students to four key theological disciplines: biblical studies; theology, history and ethics; practical theology; and personal and professional formation. The certificate program is fully accredited and courses can be transferred into any other seminary degree program.

Admission into the Graduate Theological and Ministry programs is through Canadian Mennonite University.
Courses may also be taken through Winnipeg Theological Consortium and as a visiting student from Associate Mennonite Biblical Seminary, MB Biblical Seminary, or any other graduate school that provides a letter of permission.
MB leadership training matching grant
The Leadership Training Matching Grant is a program of the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. It is designed to encourage more people to enter ministry leadership training, and to encourage churches to more actively discern those with potential for full-time ministry.
Manitoba MB conference leadership training fund
This bursary is made available to Manitoba Mennonite Brethren pastors enrolled in seminary training in a ministry track. Contact WCMS program coordinator for more information and application form.
Mennonite Church, Canada - "Company of 1000" Study Reserve Fund
The Study Reserve Fund is established to support the training of pastors for the congregations of the Mennonite Church Canada. Money from the fund is used to reduce the personal cost of preparation for ministry and to encourage pastors and pastoral candidates to attend preferred schools through the granting of forgivable loans. Funding for the Study Reserve Fund comes from a group of several hundred annual contributors known as "The Company of 1000." The Fund is administered by the Denominational Minister of Mennonite Church Canada in consultation with the area Conference Ministers.

EMMC Higher Education Fund
EMMC Students wanting to pursue higher education whether it be Bible college, university, seminary or community college, are eligible to receive funding assistance through the Planned Giving -- Higher Education Fund.
