Transcripts may be ordered through Sarah Coulombe, Administrative Assistant in the Registrar's Office. Since a signature is required, transcripts must be ordered by mail, fax (204-837-7415), or in person. Requests should include the following information: full name (including maiden name, if applicable), address and contact information (telephone or e-mail), birth date, name of the college attended, full address for destination mailing, any special instructions (e.g., transcripts must be in sealed envelopes), number of transcripts required, and signature. The cost for producing and mailing transcripts is $10.00 for the first transcript, and $6.00 for each additional transcript ordered. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. Please allow five business days for processing transcripts.
