Transcripts may be ordered through Maria Shokpeka, Administrative Assistant in the Registrar's Office. Since a signature is required, transcripts must be ordered by mail, fax (204-837-7415), in person or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
To order a transcript, download a "Request for Transcript of Academic Record" form at the top of this page. If you are unable to print the form, please provide payment and a signed written request that includes all of the same information that would otherwise be recorded on the downloadable form.
The cost for producing and mailing transcripts is $11.00 for the first transcript, and $7.00 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or interac.
Transcripts are processed within 5 business days. In special cases or in peak periods, the processing time may be 7-9 business days.
