Bob began his role in Development in 2012. He serves as data manager, providing statistical analysis and reports and overseeing alumni and supporter records.

Bob grew up in Winnipeg and attended high school at the Mennonite Collegiate Institute in Gretna. After earning a B. Mus.Ed. from Brandon University he spent a dozen years teaching music at all levels in public and private schools in southern Manitoba, with a specialty in orchestra. Following M. Div studies at CMU, he was called to Christian camping, spending 18 years as Director of Camps with Meaning (Camps Assiniboia, Koinonia and Moose Lake). Key responsibilities included recruiting staff, developing leadership and promoting year round use of the camps. His theme for this ministry was "inviting persons to life". In 2009 Bob established Enliven! Consulting, working with not for profits and business to engage human capacity and build organizational health. 

Bob and his wife Verna have three grown children and two grandchildren. Bob's interests including backpacking, gardening and playing the violin in orchestras and family ensembles.
