Farmers' and Makers' Market: Vendor Registration

Market Date

Saturday, September 19, 2026, 11:00 AM — 3:00 PM. Set up will open at 9:00 AM Saturday morning.

Market Location

The market is centred around the Fall at CMU festivities and will be hosted on the lawn of Assiniboine Castle at 500 Shaftesbury Blvd. Vendors will have the option to be set-up inside the big tent or you can bring your own tent. Vendors are asked to provide their own table or booth set up. Vendors will also have access to parking. *Electrical for vendor usage is limited and only available for vendors that bring their own tent. Please note if electrical usage is needed on your application*

Vendor Fees

$25 per vendor space (to be paid upon registration).

$10 per table request (to be paid upon registration).

Vendor Selection Process

The Fall at CMU Farmers' and Makers Market vendors will be selected via a collaborative committee process with priority given to returning vendors, alumni and friends of the CMU community. Other considerations when approving vendors include locality, uniqueness, and diversity of products.

Applications close on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Due to the time sensitivity of permits and other market deadlines, we may not be able to follow up with all vendors who apply and are not selected.
