Who's eligible?
This offer is available to undergraduate students* in their first two semesters of studies at CMU.
Whether you're a domestic or international student, straight out of high school or are transferring to CMU from another post-secondary institution, this offer applies to you. Live in the newly renovated Poettcker Hall and enjoy the wealth of benefits of living at CMU while saving money.
*After Degree students are not eligible. Must be 21 years or younger.
What's included?
Enjoy a free double-occupancy dorm room for your first two semesters at CMU! Simply register for a full course load¹ and participate in the full-board meal plan² and we'll cover your rent.
Single room accommodations may be assigned based on accessibility needs or as space requires.
¹ Must be enrolled in 12 credit hours (four courses) per semester to qualify
² Meal plan pricing only rises by inflation. In other words, we're not burying the rent in other fees.
