Mission
To equip empathetic, reflective future educators who understand systems of power and inequity and can apply and adapt subject area and pedagogical knowledge confidently. To foster educational leaders who are informed, analytical, and creative in how they advocate for and make change in education systems.
Vision
We see a world where living Mino-Pimatisiwin (The Good Life) becomes a reality for every child in Manitoba and beyond. We envision reflective graduates who lead by building relationships and fostering learning communities that are open, inclusive, and just.
