Broken Arrow Youth Ranch (BAYR) is a small charitable organization located in the gorgeous hills of Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan, near the Grasslands National Park. BAYR works toward helping struggling families heal and grow. The family of believers that make up BAYR receive children under the age of 18 from these families to come and live on the ranch for a minimum of one year. As the staff pour love, hope and stability into the lives of these children, they also work with their parents and families to network them with resources to help them grow towards healthy reunification. Overview

The CAF offers a variety of entry plans – including our SEELM programme. Through our SEELM programme, you can pursue graduate level education while receiving a salary, health care benefits, and paid annual vacation. Best of all, you'll have guaranteed employment after your studies.
To apply to SEELM, you must have been accepted without condition to a Graduate-level professional degree in Faith Tradition formation (MDiv or equivalent) at a Canadian university in a program recognized by the ICCMC and the CAF.
Your Role
CAF chaplains are responsible for fostering the spiritual care of all CAF members and their families, regardless of religious/spiritual affiliation, practice, and/or belief.
Chaplains have privileged access to CAF members of all ranks, have no command authority, and are prohibited from bearing arms. Their responsibilities include:

Starting your CAF career with the regular force? Full-time military chaplains receive a starting salary of $7,841 per month (that's $94,092 per year!) and annual pay increments from 1 through 10.
Have other time commitments? Consider joining the reserve force! Part-time military chaplains receive a starting salary of $239.24 per day and annual pay increments from 1 through 10.

Essential Qualifications
For candidates educated in Quebec: College diploma (or equivalent), and a baccalaureate degree in theology (or equivalent).
Candidates who do not meet these requirements can apply for the Subsidized Education for Entry Level Masters (SEELM) programme to complete graduate level studies and/or gain work experience as a faith/spiritual tradition leader. Selected participants will receive a salary, health care benefits, and paid annual vacation.

Training
After enrolment, Chaplains attend Basic Military Officer Qualification (BMOQ) training at the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, for 12 weeks. Topics covered include general military knowledge, the principles of leadership, regulations and customs of the CAF.
Work Environment
CAF chaplains work in all military environments with members of the the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), the Canadian Army (CA), the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), and Canadian Special Operations Forces (CANSOF). CAF chaplains work across Canada and may be required to go abroad during operations.

Canadian Mennonite University is looking for a Community Engagement Research Assistant with the Filipino community for a project exploring dementia care among the Filipino population in Winnipeg.
Position Summary:
You will work under the direction of CMU faculty member Heather Campbell-Enns and will assist in the execution of the research project. As a part of this role, you will collaborate with a small team of researchers to engage community members and assist the research team to contribute to the field of dementia care research. Applicants from the Filipino community are encouraged to apply; however, all qualified candidates will be considered.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role in fundraising operations by developing, securing, and stewarding sponsorships and corporate partnerships that help advance Royal MTC's mission. POSITION DETAILS
This full-time, ongoing position reports to the Director of Development and works closely with the entire Development department as well as the Executive & Artistic Directors.
The work environment is in-person at Royal MTC's administrative offices in downtown Winnipeg.
Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some evening and weekend work required, particularly around opening nights and special events.
A clear Police Information Check is required upon hire.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Royal MTC offers a collaborative and fast-paced working environment, complimentary and discounted tickets, and a comprehensive benefits package including an employer paid health benefits plan and a pension matching program.
The salary range for this position is $50, 000 - $65,000 (based on a 35-hour work week) commensurate with qualifications and experience.
