Residence Amenities
Some of the amenities that you will get to enjoy while living in residence includes:
- Fully furnished dorm rooms or on-campus apartments
- Free high-speed wi-fi
- Lounges throughout residence include:
- Ping-pong table, foosball table, snooker table
- TVs with streaming services
- Study spaces
- Utilities such as water, heat, electricity, air conditioning*, and internet are included
- Coin-operated laundry facilities in each building (students provide change and detergent)
- Storage space for extra belongings
- Secure bike storage
- Parking with outlets (for a fee)
* Poettcker Hall does not have any AC in the rooms.
Campus Amenities
The CMU campus and surrounding area is bursting with amazing resources and fun opportunities for all CMU students to enjoy.
- Free use of cross-country skis and snowshoes to use on Assiniboine Forest trails
- Outdoor ice rink
- Year-round access to the Assiniboine Forest and Park (basically our back yard!)
- Full-service Dining Hall providing three hot meals a day along with snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
- Don't forget a CMU Residence tradition of nightly snack (9:00 PM) every day of the week!

- Printing services: Students can print for free at printers in Poettcker Hall or other print stations on campus. They must provide their own paper.
