Katherine Friesen Apartments (aka KFA) consists of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Apartments are generally reserved for married students, graduate students, and mature undergraduate students as available.

Cost

Residence fees are paid at the beginning of each semester along with Tuition and other Fees. Residence fees cover all utility costs—heat, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi—in one convenient payment. Residence fees also include Community Supper, one lunch per week, and evening snack every day of the week.

Floor Plan

The KFA Apartment Tour will help you get a sense of the layout of each type of apartment. The KFA Building Floor plan will help you get a sense for the layout of the building. Each of the three floors have almost identical layouts.
