MBA Acceptance of Admission

Canadian Students

To accept an offer of admission to CMU's MBA program, Canadian students must:

by March 15, 2020, complete and return this Acceptance of Admission form.
by June 1, 2020, submit the required advance deposit of $8,000. This deposit will be credited toward the student's first year of tuition.

International Students

To accept an offer of admission to CMU's MBA program, international students must:

by March 15, 2020, complete and return this Acceptance of Admission form.
by April 15, 2020, provide confirmation that the visa and study permit application has been submitted.
by June 1, 2020, submit the required advance deposit ($17,000 – off-campus; $22,000 – on-campus). This deposit will be credited toward the student's first year of tuition.
by July 1, 2020, provide confirmation that a visa and study permit have been granted.

A place in the program will only be held for those students who meet all of the above deadlines.

Acceptance
Yes, I accept the offer of admission into the 2020 MBA cohort at Canadian Mennonite University. I understand that I must submit the required advance deposit by June 1, 2020 in order to retain my place in the course.
