What Will I Study?
The English program at CMU covers a wide range of eras and themes. A department strength is British Literature. In particular, courses on Medieval Literature; Renaissance Literature; Restoration and Eighteenth-Century Literature; Romantic and Victorian Literature; Modernist Literature form a core component of the CMU English program.
