With a combination of suite-sharing bathroom dormitories, and one-bedroom apartments, Concord Hall provides additional privacy to students who thrive in quieter settings. With a common lounge in the center of each floor, there are a plethora or spaces to study and hang out.

The dormitory space in Concord Hall is structured so that a single room and a double room share a bathroom located between the two rooms.

Cost
Residence fees are paid at the beginning of each semester along with Tuition and other Fees. Residence fees cover all utility costs—heat, water, electricity, and wi-fi—in one convenient payment.

Apartments
All apartments in Concord Hall are one-bedroom apartments and can be lived in alone or with a roommate. Apartments are generally reserved for upper-year students. However mature undergraduate students, graduate students, and first-year students with significant dietary needs may qualify for apartments in their first year of studies.
