Official Electronic Transcripts will be issued directly from CMU to other Canadian Universities. No official transcripts will be submitted electronically to students.
There will be a delay in the processing of paper transcripts. Contact Maria Shokpeka, Assistant Registrar, to find out how long it will take to process your request.
Ordering transcripts from CMU, Outtatown, CMBC, MBBC, or Concord College
Official transcripts may be ordered through the Registrar's Office. Since a signature is required, transcripts must be ordered by mail, fax (204-837-7415), in person or by email (mshokpeka:@:cmu.ca).
Ordering a Transcript: To order a transcript, fill out and submit a "Request for Transcript of Academic Record" form which can be found at the top of this page.
Costs and Methods of payment: The cost for producing and mailing transcripts is $15.00 for the first transcript, and $5.00 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time. Acceptable payment methods are:
- For in-person requests: Cash, Interac, Cheque
- For mailed requests: Cheque, Interac (Mastercard and VISA Credit Cards)
- For faxed requests: Interac (Mastercard and VISA Credit Cards)
All CMU accounts in the name of the person requesting a transcript must be in good standing before a transcript will be issued.
Transcripts are processed within 5 business days. During peak periods, the processing time may be 7-9 business days.
