As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across CMU’s university and residence buildings. In this position, you have a broad knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues, respond to changing priorities, and work independently and as part of a team. In this role, you contribute to a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and residents.
