Appeal for the CMU25 Student Impact Fund

Dear CMU supporters and friends,

On September 19, hundreds of supporters gathered in Marpeck Commons to celebrate CMU25, a joyful commemoration of 25 years as a university. It was an evening of gratitude and memory—filled with celebration through music, prayer, laughter, and shared stories.

We remembered the bold vision that brought those legacies together in 2000 to create a new kind of university. And above all, we gave thanks for the countless people whose generosity and faith made this journey possible. And to God, for the Lord is good; God’s steadfast love endures forever, and God’s faithfulness to all generations.

I want to extend that gratitude directly to you. Your prayers, encouragement, and giving have sustained CMU through seasons of growth and change. You have made it possible for students to receive an education that forms them in faith, deepens their thinking, and prepares them for careers and service to church and society with wisdom and courage.

But an anniversary is not just a moment to look back. It’s a call to look forward.
